I'm really impressed with this company. Last January, I purchased a toothbrush for my husband's birthday, and he absolutely loves it. Sadly, it stopped charging during Christmas. I reached out via email to find out my options, and I got a response right away, plus a new toothbrush arrived in just a few days. Fantastic customer support!

Incredible toothbrush! Having dealt with anxiety about my teeth for ages, this brush was just what I needed to transition from manual ones. The various settings are a breeze to navigate, it looks fantastic, and I’m a big fan of the bamboo heads. My partner is totally envious of how long my battery holds up compared to his!! The customer service was top-notch, super fast, helpful, and really friendly.

I picked up the toothpaste and was really excited to grab the electric toothbrush as well. Honestly, I got sucked into their ridiculous marketing and bought into their selling tricks... Until I stumbled upon the same toothbrush on Amazon and, surprise, also on Aliexpress. On Aliexpress, that electric toothbrush is going for about £19. The very same one! So don’t fall for the marketing nonsense... all that talk about being sustainable, ethical, and women-owned? Just fancy words to take your money, with no real quality to back it up. I'm so let down.

This isn't really a bamboo toothbrush; only the heads are crafted from bamboo. The body and the charging base are made of plastic that's colored to mimic bamboo, which the packaging calls 'faux bamboo.' I find that pretty misleading. We chose this brand because it was clearly marketed as an electric bamboo toothbrush, but that's just not the case. On the bright side, the toothbrush does a fantastic job of cleaning, and I'm pleased with that. The fact that it's made of plastic is mentioned on the website if you dig into the materials section, but still, the whole 'faux bamboo' thing has left me feeling a bit let down regarding the product's authenticity. To give credit where it's due, the company's owner reached out to me after my complaint, and I genuinely believe their ethics are solid. However, I think they might need to adjust their advertising a bit.

This electric toothbrush makes my teeth feel really clean. It’s gentle on the enamel but does a great job of cleaning. In just a couple of weeks, I can see my teeth getting a lot whiter. The bamboo design of the handle and base is awesome, plus the brush is recyclable. I've only had to charge it once since I bought it, and it’s been going strong for weeks.

Fantastic service and amazing items! For years, I’ve been on the hunt for eco-friendly toothpicks and brushes, and I’ve finally discovered the ideal solution... not to mention brush heads that work with a Sonicare. I went ahead and subscribed!

The support team is super quick and nice. The items are fantastic. However, the interdental brushes don’t quite work for me. I hardly have any spaces between my teeth. So, I still rely on flossing, which can be a bit of a challenge. But all in all, it's excellent!

This toothbrush is fantastic, and the head leaves my teeth feeling fresh and clean. The initial bamboo head I tried seems a tad coarse, so it's best to steer clear of the corners of the mouth at first, but once you get the hang of it, it's all good. The USB-only charger works, but it would be nice to have an adapter for charging in the bathroom.

Quick shipping and I'm enjoying it so far with the electric toothbrush! It's super ticklish, haha! Quite a change from my old Braun, but my teeth feel way cleaner after using it!

The design is stunning; the packaging is as lovely as always, and it delivers a solid vibration for anyone thinking about switching from Oral B or Philips sonic brushes to this eco-friendly choice. It provides a really deep clean and has excellent bristles.

I’d definitely suggest giving this product a try.

I recently picked up a bamboo electric toothbrush and it’s fantastic! After using a plastic Oral B for three years, I can honestly say I’d totally suggest going for the bamboo instead of the Oral B. Thanks a ton!
